Adalee Ward is a 3rd grader at London Elementary School, known for her kindness and ability to lead as a good example for her fellow students.
In the classroom, Adalee strives to lead by example, following all the rules and focusing on learning. Leading with kindness, Adalee says it's important to be nice to everyone! "If someone needs help, you should help them."
Mrs. Marcia Corriea, London Elementary Principal, says, "Adalee stands out as a shining example of what it means to lead with kindness and is a strong leader at school."
Adalee was recognized at the November Board meeting for being an Empathetic Leader. This recognition comes from the RSD Profile of the Graduate, which outlines the attributes RSD graduates will encompass when they graduate.
